I have bought 2 homes and sold 3 homes with Melissa. Going through this process several times has taught me the most important qualities to look for in a realtor are knowledge, communication, promptness, and comfort. Melissa has mastered these qualities and I am endlessly grateful to have been able to work with her. She also has an extensive list of contacts for any service you could need when selling a home. From lenders to inspectors, plumbers to handymen, anything you need she’s got a great contact for. Bonus points that those contacts are always also amazing! Selling and buying a home can be one of the most stressful life events and she made the process nearly effortless for me as a client.

Melissa is kind, extremely knowledgeable about what she does. I found her by researching reviews of realtors on line. When I finally called her we were still 10 months out from needed to start physically looking, however, she jumped right in guiding me on all the other things I needed to do to be ready. Melissa told me when that time got there we needed to hit the ground running. That is exactly what we did! I got my home, the first one I made an offer on and out of 12 other offers mine was accepted. The reason why is....Melissa...she knew exactly what we needed and....ta da! She is nothing but great! She treats you exactly the way she would want to be treated with kindness and respect!

Melissa has been Fantastic, and can't thank her enough!
We've been consulting with other Realtors in the area before we've met her, but they've all stopped returning our calls after we didn't qualify for a mortgage.
Knowing this, Melissa still patiently showed us several options, met us on different occasions, and went the extra mile, providing us a lease-to-option alternative, so we could relocate from out-of-state, and move-in on a timeframe that suited our schedule.
Her resourcefullness, helped us secure the home we've loved, allowing us to purchase it less than a year later.
