Melodie dropped everything for me when a condo suddenly came back on the market. Because I’m out of state, she went to preview for me, investigated all the condo conditions and more. We FaceTimed through the home tour, texted and emailed to get my offer on the table. She connected me to a lender who pre-approved me in record time. Melodie also set me up with a title attorney. My offer was in with lightning speed and Melodie made sure all the “T”s were crossed and the “I”s were dotted. Sadly, an all cash buyer swooped in at the last second. This didn’t faze Melodie. She was just happy to be of service. We’re keeping an eye on the market and I hope to have another place in Sarasota County when we find the right place and price. Mel will always be my trusted realtor to buy or sell!

A real go-getter, Melodie doesn't leave tasks to others to do. She gets everything done in a timely manner with her great organizational skills and her dogged persistence. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire buying process. When she referred someone, they too were exceptional. She really cares about her professional image and works hard to maintain it. It is no wonder that Melodie Palmer has achieved the status as a Global Luxury Realtor. Coldwell Banker Realty is very fortunate to have her on their team. Her attention to detail resulted in our achieving the highest possible financial outcome. She truly is a Realtor skilled in many areas, including staging. With her guidance, together we transformed our family home into a modern showcase within a few days. In the four days that Melodie had our home on the market she held private showings, an open house with over 50 families registered in attendance and virtual showings with interested buyers from Brazil, Switzerland, Canada and the US. Having a Global Luxury Realtor gave us the platform to utilize many advertising media outlets including TV! Once we accepted an offer, Melodie insisted on a 30-day closing date. She simplified the process of all of the paperwork. She went above and beyond my expectations of an agent. She staged my home with such flair and creativity. And, then she hired a professional photographer and produced an amazing YouTube Video at no expense to me. I made the right choice in hiring Melodie.
