When Melody moved to Atlanta 15 years ago, she immediately fell in love with the skyline, vibrancy, food, and diversity. And each ensuing year has deepened her affection for this city, and by extension, the people that call it home. That is why a percentage of her commission will go to a small local nonprofit benefitting the side of town where you buy or sell your home. For ten years, she has practiced law in the city of Atlanta. And although she was not a fan of the day-to-day life of a practicing lawyer, it taught her a number of key skills. One primary skill is the art of negotiation. Not only does she love developing the best strategy to get you to your goal, but she is also really, really, good at implementing it too.
Every person who touches each housing transaction will be treated with respect and dignity. That includes you, her client, but also everyone she interacts with on your behalf. She is forthright and honest. And she does not believe that the only way to win is for someone else to lose. I work toward win-win solutions to complex problems that inevitably arise during a housing transaction.
