I can’t express how nervous we were to go through this process, but without @melodynewmangroup we would have never taken the leap into buying our home. She puts action into your hopes and dreams. We fell in love at first sight and watched this home for well over 6 months, praying and wishing it to be ours. And as of 3:30PM on the 3rd of November, that became a reality.

Melody and Cliff, y’all have been there for Matt and I in more ways than I can count. From Halo game nights to working together at GameStop (hieee Clif) and being there for our family, let’s be honest you guys ARE family! I love you both! Melody is AMAZING to say the least. My husband and I chose probably the worst time ever to decide to look for a house and Melody made the process so easy for us. We both have crazy work schedules and since houses are selling so fast right now, we had to act quickly and that was not always possible. Melody went above and beyond and would literally take the most in depth video tours for us and show us even details we would never think to look at. She found us a house and we closed on it in less than a month! She found us exactly what we were looking for and it was even under our budget so it was the most stress free buying process i could ever imagine. I was working with a realtor who was trying to put me in anything & didn’t care about her clients she made the process seem long and hard I found my self stressing wondering if I’ll ever get a home..as a 20year old I didn’t know the process so I needed someone who could walk me thru step by step, so one day I was on Instagram searching for realtors I went through a couple of people pages before I found melody just looking at her page I felt like she would be the right person to help me & sure enough she was. She listened to my story & started helping us right away. She was very professional, polite, caring. When I reached out to her I had no idea where to begin. She explained the full process and helped us find the perfect house. When I say “helped” I mean she did everything! She guided us through the whole process. It wasn’t all easy and beautiful working with me. I had some credit issues, but she had contacts to guide me past them. I went from not being able to finance anything to buying a house in 6 months. Everything she does is for you! For example during my punch list I was being so chill on the things that bothered me, she said nope you’re asking for this, you’re asking for that. She made sure we didn’t get taken advantage of.
