My experience also includes working with distressedproperty ownersto help them determine the best alternativesto resolveapainful financial and emotionalsituation. I am trained to explore all alternatives to keep the homeowners in their homes; it’s my first duty. When thereare no other alternatives available, a short sale is recommended. A foreclosure happens only when thereare no other alternatives.
My education and training include a BS from Huston-Tillotson College,graduatecourses at the University of Texas, and hundreds of hours of training in the real estate profession including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Education (CDPE) designations.
