My previous agent placed great ads, but other than that, did not make the selling of my home a priority. Melvina was quite the opposite. She showed up at all of the showings to "explain" the different options of use in my 3,000 sq ft home. I had sold an lavish home a year ago in a down business. Through Melvina's ability she arranged a higher sum than what the purchaser wanted to pay, which satisfied me. She doesn't neglect anything and has her customer's advantage first. When it came time to buy another living arrangement there was no doubt as to whom I would call and she got the spot I needed.
