FANTASTIC AGENT. Melvina Selfani brought with her, a love and HUGH enthusiasm for her profession. She is ready from day one, to get the JOB DONE!
My previous agent placed great ads, but other than that, did not make the selling of my home a priority. Melvina was quite the opposite. She showed up at all of the showings to "explain" the different options of use in my 3,000 sq ft home. Melvina is truly the best! She and her husband Tom treat you like you are their only clients even though you know how busy they are. Melvina is engaged in the home search process, she will talk/ text/ email to you, your wife, and your sister about prospective homes. She's clearly thinking about your real estate needs at all hours. She helps line-up the home viewings, inspections, contractors, appointments for services, and follow-ups with all of the above.
