Merle Kirsner-Styer

Merle Styer loves her family but is passionate about her career. Merle has been one of the top sales associates in Chicago’s North Shore for more than 30 years. She began her career with Kahn Realty, a top-tier firm with deep roots in the community. She thrived in Kahn’s collaborative boutique culture and strong leadership, which is why she is so pleased to have joined Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore. Merle is a straight shooter, keen negotiator, and takes her fiduciary responsibility to her clients seriously. She is patient, dedicated, and always accessible. She enjoys working with people of all ages and demographics; she finds it satisfying to help them clarify and achieve their unique real estate objectives. She is fiercely loyal and values integrity above all else.

Merle is a fan of all that Chicago has to offer. She grew up in West Rogers Park which, at that time, was a small, close-knit community. Her father was in politics, and they were Cubs and Bears fans. Her parents taught them to appreciate Chicago’s world class museums, parks, the lakefront, and Midwestern culture. Being present was (and still is) especially important to our family values.

Merle and her husband have five daughters and two grandchildren between the two of them. They are members of Northmoor Country Club where they love to play golf. They also enjoy playing canasta and bridge with friends.

She is so excited that, through the extensive Engel & Völkers network, she can take care of her clients’ needs throughout the Americas and across the globe if they are looking to transition or invest somewhere else.
