Merrilee’s passion is to use her art, design, and real estate skills to strategize with residential buyers to create their optimal home environment. She also loves to work with sellers to prepare and market their home for sale and negotiate their best price.
She has brought to fruition hundreds of projects- from the smallest to the largest from decorating entire homes- including selection and installation of original art, ordering or recovering furniture, designing window treatments, designing custom furniture for unique spaces- as well as managing repairs, reconfiguring, and staging in preparation for home sale.
Merrilee excelled in fine arts at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, George Washington University and Oklahoma University (BFA in Sculpture), and again in her knowledge of the latest real estate principles when she re-entered real estate in 2017.
Merrilee’s years of design projects and transactions in New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas/Fort Worth, Park Cities, Bend, and Sarasota, plus her years of real estate success in Oklahoma and Florida, inform her every decision.
