Merris Pope

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Merris has a vast knowledge of the neighborhoods that make up South Tampa and a deep attachment to the community. She is thrilled to join The Pardo Calistri Group as a residential real estate professional and serve the Tampa Bay area.

Merris prides herself on her ability to truly listen to her clients’ needs and connect them with opportunities that best match those needs. Making those connections and helping people is what attracted Merris to the real estate profession. She guarantees responsive and personal service with open communication to smoothly guide clients’ transactions. Her detail-oriented approach ensures her clients’ real estate goals will be fulfilled. She is eager and excited to walk her clients methodically through each step of the selling, buying, or renting process.

As a local mom of two kids, living in Tampa for over 30 years, Merris is an expert on things to see and do in the city. She understands the family perspective of finding a place to call home in the right neighborhood. Merris’s proficiency and friendly nature create an amicable work environment and provides comfort and security to clients.

Merris graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and is a former professional ballet dancer. She has a love for the arts and enjoys supporting local theater and artists. Her dedication, persistence and determination shine through in every client interaction.
