My background goes well beyond traditional real estate. I'm passionate about multifamily construction and development, having worked with some of the region's most respected firms — including Nibbi Brothers, Cahill, Build Group, Johnston Moyer, and Woods Partners. With hands-on experience in pre-development planning, construction oversight, and cost estimation, I bring a rare, comprehensive perspective to every deal.
