Mia Guinn

Born and raised in Columbia, SC Mia has extensive knowledge of the area and loves supporting local! When she purchased her first home she was managing a small, locally owned restaurant. It peaked her interest in real estate and helping others with their biggest investment in not only themselves and their future but their family’s as well. She started her career in real estate as an assistant to a top producing agent and has climbed the ranks since then. She has had her license for over 7 years, done listing and closing coordination, compliance, and worked with many top producing agents in this area. She is currently a Realtor and the director of agent services for the Downing Group at Keller Williams.
