Mia McCarthy

Mia McCarthy is a seasoned REALTOR® with certifications in AHWD, SFR, SRS, and ABR. Originally from Ellicott City, Maryland, she and her family made the Eastern Shore their home in 2002. Mia's family has expanded to include 8 grandsons, with 6 of them living locally and enjoying the Eastern Shore lifestyle.

Before transitioning to real estate in 2004, Mia owned and operated Simply The Best Maid Service since 1990. Her experience running a maid service with over 250 clients instilled in her the importance of exceptional customer service and transforming clients into personal friends. In 2005, Mia sold the maid service to focus on real estate full-time.

Early in her real estate career, Mia was recognized as a "Young Gun" by the Coastal Association of REALTOR’S®, highlighting her rapid success and her ability to outperform the competition. Today, she continues to be a top-performing real estate professional, consistently achieving award-winning results.
