While they often hear about the art of selling in real estate, Mia is known for focusing on the "HEART" of selling. This means first understanding your purpose as a being and who you want to be in this business, so you can best serve your clients, team, and community.
One of the most impactful lessons in running her business through the years: Favor always comes from up above, so her job and team's is to always give 100% in everything they do. "Designing your life" is a mantra that she holds dearly; wife, mom, friend and entrepreneur...and to those who say you can't have it all, Mia is quick to answer, yes you can, but the question is: do you have the courage, determination and faith to see the journey through?
For Mia, this journey started when she was a young child, being raised by a single mom alongside her younger sister, living in one bedroom that they were renting out. It wasn't until she was a teenager did, she experience what homeownership looked like when her mom was finally able to buy their very first home.
It comes to no surprise that Mia would get into real estate, opening the company at the age of 22, in 2005, after graduating from UC Berkeley. It's all about HEART, and how many families she can positively impact in their real estate journey. Although she's nationally recognized, it's not about the stats, it starts and ends with the company's purpose statement: We strive to care, inspire and add value to others in everything that we do.
