Michael Adams started his real estate career in May 1987 at ERA Stan Hirsch Realty. Twenty-eight years later he is still listing and selling homes. He started out assisting first-time homebuyers and is still helping others achieve attaining the "American Dream.” Michael uses the hand-holding process with first-home buyers/sellers. Going every step of the way with his customers/clients till closing.

During the economic downturn, Michael learned a new skill in working with clients who ran into economic hardship. Those who wanted to sell and move on with their lives were assisted by Michael in negotiating a short sale with their mortgage lender. His clients were exonerated from the mortgage balances. Working in concert with buyers, sellers, attorneys, title companies and mortgage lenders is what Michael Adams prides himself on in giving the total real estate experience.
