About Michael
Michael Anchordoquy returned to Bakersfield after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a concentration in marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His real estate career started as a staff appraiser with a local appraisal firm where he assisted in the valuation of a variety of property types ranging from agriculture to multi-family. He joined ASU and Associates in 2007 with a focus in agricultural property sales throughout California. Since 2007, he has represented buyers and sellers in variety of agricultural property transactions involving irrigated farmland, orchards, vineyards, and grazing land. Mr. Anchordoquy is a licensed California Real Estate Broker as well as a California licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. In addition, he has achieved the Accredited Agricultural Consultant (AAC) designation through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
