Michael was the second agent we worked with. From the minute we met Michael at an open house we knew he would be the one to get us the house we had been looking for for months. He was very knowledge with the real estate market by the shore He never hesitated writing up aggressive offers on our behalf which, other agents often did. His work ethic and commitment always made us feel that he wanted this as much as we did. He went above and beyond helping us get inspectors and even got on a roof to check it. He will do whatever needs to get done to make the deal happen. His knowledge and professional opinion was invaluable to us during our search. We valued what he had to say about a particular location and/or property. In the end, we are now leaving by the beach in a beautiful property thanks to Michael.
