Michael Barrett

For over 30 years, Mike has been a top producer in the field – winning the Realtor Guild’s North Region top producer award more than once. From first time homebuyers to those looking to expand their homes or downsize, Mike has a variety of experience in all aspects of the real estate market. Mike is a partner in the family firm, working with both buyers and sellers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Merrimack College and has earned his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institution) and CBR (Certified Buyers Agent) distinctions. Mike is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Savings Bank and Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Financial Trust. He serves as Vice President of Bear Hill Associates. In the past, Mike has served as President and Treasurer of CureSMA’s New England Chapter. Michael has served on the Board of Directors for Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors, chairing their Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Committee. Additionally, Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the Wakefield Rotary Club. Mike is an avid golfer and tennis player and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They reside in Wakefield.
