My fiancé and I recently bought our first home and our experience was nothing less than amazing! Jessika was so accommodating to both of our crazy work schedules and worked so hard to make sure we got the BEST home possible. We gave her a goal of wanting to be moved in before our wedding in March, she went above and beyond to make sure this happened and here we are moved into our home in December. ☺️ We can not say enough great things about Jessika and will be recommending her to all of our friends/family!

Cristina is one of the best in the industry. She went above and beyond to help find our home no matter how many times we changed our location radius and what we were looking for. Overall, she made the process very enjoyable and fun to be around and of course very professional. There were times when we didn’t think we would find a home but in the end Cristina stuck with us and now we love our home! She is great with communication and very responsive. I can’t say enough about Sara! As a first time home buyer, naturally you’re nervous and don’t know much of what to do. Sara was so informative the entire time. I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about working with Michael! We were blessed with working with Michael to but our new home, as well as sell our home. He took time to come to our home to talk with us about what modifications he felt would be best to sell our home for top dollar.

We were able to schedule home viewings effortlessly and Michael always had time for us! He answered all the questions we had! He is a down-to-earth gentlemen and we highly recommend him!!

Once we found our dream home, he was quick to contact the sellers and negotiate with us a purchase! What we loved the most about Michael is that he was readily available during our saw, purchase, and even after! He’s helped us out after our home purchase with our extended warranty, and working on our behalf.

We sold our home with Michael in 1 day, and secured the purchase of our née home with the sellers in 1 day as well! It don’t get much better than hat folks!

I gave Michael a call even though I wasnt even sure I could buy a house, I merely wanted to check out the process. Immediately he started sending me information and connecting me with the right finance people to walk me through the steps. he also sent me houses in the areas I was looking at to show me what was available in my price range. at one point I got discouraged and called him to give up. He spoke honestly with me about any compromises I needed to make and helped me figure out my TRUE non negotiables. Michael showed me options for new builds, helped me figure out and narrow down my wishes and dreams and then encouraged me that "my house" was waiting for me to find it!
He answered every call either directly or with a promise to respond shortly via text. he explained paperwork and redirected me when it was beyond his legal parameters.
Because I was new to all of this I took all of his suggestions regarding lenders, attorneys, etc. you don't have to but I will say it all worked together excellently for me. Michael was the point person and I could always trust him to get needed answers and results.
I had given up at one point regretting that I had even tried to venture into home ownership, I called Michael- prepared to switch from homeownership to renting- and that was the day My house and I found each other! In fact it was Michael who called and said "I found your house! all of the things you wanted and a couple surprises you'll have to see when you get here!" Hesitant and despondent I came out and looked. The house was amazing! i walked in the front door and knew that we were home. we put an offer in and immediately it was accepted. Full disclosure- we thought the house was worth the asking price and offered that. The process stalled at one point; Michael was instrumental in communicating with the seller's realtor and keeping everyone involved. Because of covid restructions, he was not allowed at the closing, but he answered every call I placed that day and was within a few minutes drive!
We moved in just shy of a month ago, Michael welcomed us home with a beautiful house warming gift and a commitment to get us through these first days in our new community. He has been able to get information from the sellers regarding upkeep of this beautiful place and refer us to any resources for work that we will eventually do.
When I tell my story of buying a home for the first time as a single parent and how the process was as wonderful as it was (even with the hiccups), It will Have to include Michael Bempah. He is the consummate realtor, with all of the necessary requisites, skills, competencies you want and expect- with a few more surprises you can only hope to have! Thank you Michael! you are welcome over anytime! You are a forever friend to this family!
