Michael Brock has a wide range of real estate experience ranging from sales and marketing, to construction management and land development. In the August 2013 edition of Atlanta Magazine, Michael was named in the top 2% of Atlanta area real estate agents. In the metro Atlanta foreclosure market, Michael has been the top sales producer for two of the largest REO firms in Georgia. Michael previously served as the Director of Investment Sales for a large developer where he sold land investments throughout the Southeast. He helped rebuild the gulf coast of Mississippi by selling rental houses after Hurricane Katrina. Today, his team of experienced agents service the metro Atlanta market.

In addition to representing several large banks and investment funds, Michael is passionate about helping investors find the best deals currently available in the marketplace. He is a broker in the state of Georgia. Additionally, he has been licensed in North Carolina and Mississippi. Michael has given investor seminars in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta. He consistently sells large amounts of investment property in the metro Atlanta market. Along with providing coaching services to other agents, he is well known for being on the cutting edge of real estate investment strategies and regularly wins multiple sales awards.
