Michael Cabot

Michael Cabot is a co-founder and Managing Director of the Behavioral Health Properties Group at Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate, based in Palm Beach, FL. Michael co-manages the group’s operations and business development activities. He also manages national sales and leasing efforts for the company’s behavioral health operator clients.

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael brings significant expertise and knowledge in the areas of 1031 “like-kind” exchanges, syndications, medical office development, acquisitions, and medical office leasing to the group.
