Michael Damp

Michael Damp has been in real estate for 30 years and owned the former Century 21 High Peaks Realty for 25 years, the company had great success selling in the luxury market for decades. Michael developed a love for lakefront camps and Adirondack style homes while touring the great camps of the Adirondacks and has always enjoyed educating buyers and sellers on lakefront real estate values in the area. Michael has developed a few properties over the years and intimately understands the permitting process with area towns and the Adirondack Park Agency.

Michael is a graduate of Lake Placid High School and Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Outdoor Education. He was very involved in seasonal outdoor sports in High school, winning the NY state ski championships, and was a member of the college ski team, culminating with the team winning a national championship in 1985. The Panther Ski Team was inducted into the college sports hall of fame In 1991.

Mike has been on numerous boards, Serving recently on the NABOR (Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors) as President and currently as Past President. Michael also has served on the New York Ski Education Foundation as a director for 10 years and the Lake Placid Center for the Arts as a director for several years.

Michael enjoys spending time on the water in the summer and Nordic and Tele skiing on the mountains in the winter, with his awesome wife Dana and incredible daughter Marli Mackenzie.

He looks forward to using his vast experience to assist clients when researching properties and communities in the Adirondacks.
