MICHAEL DAWSON

Michael began his career in real estate in 2002. Once entering the profession, he quickly felt compelled to learn and grow as a realtor. He worked diligently to earn the professional designations of GRI, ABR and CRS. In early 2005 he obtained his Broker’s license. He has since been actively involved with the Spartanburg Association of Realtors serving on many committees that include both MLS & Executive committee’s as well as Grievance Professional Standards. In 2012 he was privileged to serve as the Spartanburg Association President and then humbled in 2014 to earn the prestigious honor of being voted realtor of the year by his peers. He has been fortunate to serve as Regional Vice President to the South Carolina association of realtors and currently serves on the professional standards committee. His career would not be possible without the support of his wife Kerry, his two children Katelyn and Todd as well as his parents. They have been instrumental in allowing him to pursue his dreams and passion of being a realtor. He would like to thank Danny Joyner and David Crigler for entrusting him with the opportunity of becoming the Broker-in-Charge of their Spartanburg office.
