Buying our home in Silver Spring, MD from Arkansas was easy thanks to Mike Degene. He’s ideal for first-time buyers and investors. Mike personally showed us over 20 homes through FaceTime, attending each showing in person.

He’s patient, clear, and knows the DMV area well. We bought our house without seeing it in person, and it was exactly as Mike described, with no surprises.

Michael was the best agent I could ask for. I shopped around for an agent for about 3-4 months and none of the others really listened to what I wanted or took the time to ensure the listings they created for me matched my list of must haves. Michael was very professional and responsive. His expertise and responses to our requests made what we expected to be a very stressful process into a smooth one.

Micheal knew this was our 1st purchase and treated us as such. He made sure that we knew what was going on each step of the way. This meant A LOT!!! He was always always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. And believe me my Fiancé had A LOT of questions. And yes we are now happily married. Thanks Michael 😉.

In conclusion, I highly recommend, from start to finish. Michael took us through the whole process. Even at times when we were unsure, he was always there to put things in perspective for us. We are very satisfied & would highly recommend him whether you are looking to PURCHASE or SELL your home.

He takes extra steps to fully understand your requirements. He spends the time to learn your area, providing you a lot of information on comps in the area, tips on staging and preparing your home. My family worked with Mr. Dejene between 2018 and 2019 to find a home in northern Virginia. He was not only patient with our many specifications, but he also was able to open our eyes to new areas and amenities, that we hadn't considered previously. Since we weren't originally from the area, having a real estate agent that was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the DMV was super important. Taking into consideration our particular needs, Mr. Dejene helped us better understand real estate trends in the area and what would be a good investment for us in the long-term.
