Michael got our house under contract on the first weekend it was on the market (at a time when that wasn't necessarily the norm). A week later, the first buyer backed out, but he had us back under contract less than 36 hours later. This was huge for us, as our moving timeline was pretty specific due to a new job. He went above and beyond to make sure our selling and closing process went as smooth as possible. I'd recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor in the area.

Michael gives all the time and energy needed to have a great buying/selling experience. He is honest, available and I felt like he cared as much for my situation as he would for his own family. Once under contract, Negotiations can be a stressful time. Michael was straight forward with what we should expect to pay or improve and was considerate with our money making sure that we did not spend it when a repair or upgrade was not necessary.

Michael did a fantastic of helping my husband and I find our first house. Michael was very responsive throughout the process, making himself available whenever we had a question. He educated us on all parts of the process and after listening to what was on our check list he was diligent about finding the right house for us.
