Micheal was an exceptional guy in everything he did, from the beginning when he acquired our property until the completion of the sale. He indicated partners in other states and provided all the support we needed. This was essential as I live in the UK and my brother is in UTAH, but Micheal made everything so easy. Mike cold called me after talking to my neighbor. My neighbor mentioned that I was going to be selling my house soon. Initially, I blew Mike off. I'm like most people and don't trust a cold call. But the next time Mike called, we did talk and he seemed really genuine and nice, but I was still reluctant. Another talk and we invited him and Jessica to our house to discuss selling. Once we met them in person, we knew this was the team of people we wanted to sell our house for us. Everything went perfect and smoothly! These guys do an awesome job. Our house sold in under a week for our asking price and our terms! I would absolutely 100% recommend Mike DiLuca to any of my friends!
