Michael Dunne is a fifth-generation San Francisco native and REALTOR® with more than $150 million in career sales. Drawing on a background in construction management, landscape architecture, and business, he takes an analytical, education-first approach, helping clients look beyond a home's finishes to understand the complexities of San Francisco's housing stock. He advises buyers and sellers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with extensive experience across neighborhoods including Buena Vista, Duboce Triangle, Corona Heights, Eureka Valley, and Mission Dolores.
Michael studied Construction Management and Landscape Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, while also earning an Associate of Science in Business Administration. He was named Rookie of the Year during his first year at Vanguard Properties and surpassed $100 million in career sales by the age of 27, quickly establishing himself as one of the firm's top-producing sales advisors.
Today, Michael is part of a four-agent team alongside Mike Shaw, Bernie Katzmann, and Mila Gelman, recognized among the top 1% of real estate teams locally and nationally by RealTrends.

Outside of real estate, Michael is a homeowner in Eureka Valley and spends much of his time in the neighborhood. He enjoys cycling, fitness, interior design, ceramics, photography, and exploring San Francisco with his Golden Retriever–Labrador, Archie.
