Michael Fear

Mike Fear has been an integral part of the Commercial Real Estate and property development community in the Puget Sound area for the past 35 years. As an expert in both King and Snohomish Counties, Mike has facilitated over $100 million in transactions related to property investment, development, leasing and the purchase and sale of a wide variety of commercial properties throughout our region. In addition to his wide breadth of industry experience, Mike’s clients benefit from his reliability, accessibility, and pure integrity that he brings to every transaction. Over the years, Mike has developed close relationships with a network of highly competent and reliable sources for engineering, construction, utilities, legal representation, and government programs that are of great benefit to his clients. Mike is also very active in his community, having done expert witness services for Snohomish County related to zoning and land use. He has also recently been appointed by the Snohomish County Council to act as an advocate for older persons and adults with disabilities in Snohomish County.
