Michael Flanigan

Growing up in Massachusetts, Michael spent most of his summers on Cape Cod. The town Chatham and the Atlantic Ocean made an indelible impression on him. His first visit to Naples was his honeymoon back in 1991. Immediately he and his wife Lisa knew they had found that special beachside experience again. “The beautiful beaches, the golf courses, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street...” he recounts, “make living in Naples a true pleasure”.

Prior to Florida, Michael lived in Boston. He worked for a real estate software developer, selling and implementing accounting and management solutions to commercial real estate managers. Soon Michael was acquiring his own investment properties to manage. This experience allows Michael to provide insight and expertise to the real estate investment buyer as well.

Michael works with his wife Lisa Trubiano, and as a team, they specialize in Naples' premier golf and tennis communities. While working with Michael, you will immediately sense his enthusiasm for Naples and the lifestyle communities he calls home.

Michael graduated from Tabor Academy and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
