Mike Gaughan has not only watched Hendersonville evolve into one of Tennessee’s most family oriented communities, he’s been instrumental in its success. Mike is a Hendersonville native, a graduate of Hendersonville High School and Memphis State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He and his wife, Lindy, have two children Jack and Alex.

Mike’s credentials include over thirty years of full time real estate experience, certification by the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Real Estate Broker’s License. His engineering background and professional real estate career give Mike particular expertise in new construction, as evidenced by his representation of the many developers who build the neighborhoods of Sumner County.

Mike’s civic involvement includes multiple terms as President of The Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Sumner County United Way. He has also served as Chairman for Board of Directors for Hendersonville Medical Center, the board of directors for The Sumner County YMCA, The Jason Foundation, and Forward Sumner. Mike is presently serving on the advisory board for Capstar Bank. He also belongs to Hendersonville Rotary Club, attends First United Methodist Church with his family and is a member of the local Chamber Of Commerce for Gallatin and Hendersonville, the latter of which he serves as the Vice-Chair Advocacy for economic development.
