A Word About Michael Goh, MBA, CRS, GRI….

A San Diego resident for over 38 years now, Michael has been in real estate practice for over 33 years now. He was awarded the Chairman’s Club (Top 1%) Award and the Executive Club (Top 10%) Award for multiple consecutive years. Michael is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) – both combined designations have been awarded to less than 5% of the REALTORS in the nation.
Currently, Michael serves as a Board Director of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) from 2019 to 2022.
For the past 16 years, Michael has been serving on the Professional Standards Committee of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) which conducts arbitration and ethics hearings. Prior to that, he served on the SDAR Grievance Committee for 3 years.
Michael also serves at his church. He is also a Board member of Hope Harvest International, since 2006, which ministers to orphans in East Asia.
Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He has worked in the financial industry for over 17 years. He served as a Corporate Controller, for about 6 years, for a multi-million dollar real estate development company with more than 20 different entities. Michael is conversant in Chinese Mandarin with 3 other dialects, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and Teochew.
