Michael Gosselin comes to Custom Home Realty after being in the real estate industry since 2016. He has been in and around the building industry for 20+ years in sales and project management. In 2019, Michael became a NAR Green Designee and combined it with his background in sustainable building practices and high-performance remodeling. His experience can help home buyers decide the full cost of repairs or upgrades that they may be considering when buying a new home. Michael is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran. In 2018 he received his Military Relocation Specialist certification through Boots Across America which allows him to help Veterans navigate the VA loan process when purchasing a new home.
