Meet MICHAEL GRACIA: I have been investing in real estate for the past 14 years and have been licensed for 10 years. I own & manage several rental properties and truly eat, breathe and sleep real estate. I have stayed at the forefront of real estate education to provide the best knowledgeable experience to my clients. I have become a real estate expert obtaining the prestigious GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation which only 5% of Realtors in the country hold, as well as many other professional designations including CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), PMC (Property Management Certified), CHS (Certified HAFA Specialist) and specialized real estate contract training by Gov Hutchinson (the California Association of Realtors Attorney and Senior Legal Counsel Staff Vice President). I have personally trained hundreds of new and seasoned agents on contracts as well as mentoring them in real estate transactions. I have led and managed a large real estate company. I am also passionate about educating and empowering my clients and the public having held local real estate seminars for many buyers and sellers. I am very active in my community and volunteer my time to my local Police Dept. as an Area Commander as well as charitable and other community needs including local City Link community outreach events which help needy families in our community.
