His marketing background and experience working on cross-functional, deadline-driven projects has provided him valuable skills to help guide clients in the home-buying/selling process. He takes a market-driven approach with clients, using proven methods based on empirical data (versus 'what-if' and emotion-driven scenarios) to help them quickly achieve their goals.
