I was buyer and Michael was listing agent on a transaction. I found Michael to be very knowledgeable, honest (rare thing these days), efficient, and a great human being. I had no surprises after the close. In a world where agents try hard to double-dip and so forth, it’s refreshing to find someone who is humble, honest, and ethical to the highest degree. I remember Michael saying he would never represent both sides on a transaction. I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents doing what I do. Michael coms highly recommended from me.
