Michael is a 4th generation entrepreneur and attorney based in Bountiful, Utah. His duty is to create wealth for his family, his partners, and his dedicated employees.
Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) and a Minor in Legal Studies from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
Michael is the Managing Partner of the prestigious mid-sized Utah law firm, Hepworth Legal. He is also the Principal Broker and President of Hepworth & Fisher, LLC located in Bountiful, Utah, and General Counsel of Hepworth Investment Group, LLC, which is the offspring of a 108 year-old real estate development company.
