Kirin Realty serves a diverse demographic in the DC metro area. We are licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland. The story of Kirin Realty begins with Michael Huang and Leona Chan.

Michael co-founded the Reston/Herndon office of Keller Williams Realty. He graduated from George Washington University. Leona is a licensed realtor and certified public accountant with an MBA from Cornell University. Both have extensive corporate backgrounds with Fortune 100 companies as well as deep real estate experience. They represent a new breed of real estate professionals who possess both real estate expertise and financial acumen.

In 2009, Michael and Leona joined forces to create an independent real estate firm where integrity and quality of service are paramount. They believe that home ownership is more than having a place to live; it’s the key to a secure financial future.
