About Michael

Michael Hughes is originally from Ocala, Florida, and grew up there until leaving for the Army in 2010. Michael has lived in El Paso since 2015 when he was stationed there after graduating from West Point in 2014 and completing BOLC (Basic Officers Leaders Course) shortly after.

Michael has been a practicing realtor since 2015 and launched his real estate business while on active duty. The business has continued to grow exponentially in the years following Michael's ETS from the Army in 2019.

Michael has a passion for helping others buy and sell homes and more importantly helping them grow wealth through homeownership and real estate investment. He is active in the community and often gives talks and seminars on the importance of personal finance, budgeting, and investment. In addition to real estate, Michael enjoys language learning, is fluent in French, and is obtaining an elementary proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys reading about many different forms of real estate and personal improvement as well as traveling as much as possible to gain experiences from different countries and cultures around the world. He also enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors whether it’s a walk with the dog, hiking and swimming in Ruidoso, or spending time trail riding in New Mexico.
