Selling a home is stressful and Mike's team helped us through every step of the process. Hayley was available to me whenever I had a question - which was a good bit. At first I thought it would take a long time but Mike kept showing me the local real estate stats and ensuring me the right buyer was just around the corner. When it came to negotiating through our offer we had some complexities given we had a horse acreage and our buyers were not horse owners - they just loved the house and the view - and Mike got us a very fair price for our home. I called Mike a few months ago to talk about buying a second home I'm Pagosa. He's super knowledgeable and provided a ton of help on that call. We scheduled a trip out for a couple of weeks later and Mike set us up with Martha Murphy, an agent in his office. Martha was absolutely phenomenal. We looked at a number of properties in the area and Martha provided fantastic insight as to the locations and what specific concerns we should watch out for in any home. We ended up making an offer on and buying a great place in old downtown with amazing views to the east and south. Martha helped us negotiate a fair repairs request and is currently helping us through the seller lease back. Mike is nothing short of amazing. He was on top of our listing quickly. He spent endless hours on getting it marketed and then taking care of all of the details so that when it hit the market it was an attractive listing with a ready to sell listing. His company is set up to keep you informed with each showing and his follow through with potential buyers is above all other realtors I've worked with. He sent me comps of homes above the million dollar range and they all took over 500 days to sell. Mike had a contract on our home in three weeks. He also came to our house and helped us load up a u-haul in a quick turn around move. If you as a potential seller or buyer, don't consider Mike Knapp, I think you'll be working with second best......don't do that !!! I'm a developer and have worked with realtors for 28 years, I know good ones. Mike is not a good one-------he is a great one.
