Our entire experience with Mike and his team was excellent. From initial calls to talk about the Pagosa market all the way through helping us with furniture delivery after we closed on the house we always felt prioritized. We ended up with the most amazing home in the mountains thanks to the great service and experience of Best of Pagosa Springs realty!

Selling a home is stressful and Mike's team helped us through every step of the process. Hayley was available to me whenever I had a question - which was a good bit. At first I thought it would take a long time but Mike kept showing me the local real estate stats and ensuring me the right buyer was just around the corner. When it came to negotiating through our offer we had some complexities given we had a horse acreage and our buyers were not horse owners - they just loved the house and the view - and Mike got us a very fair price for our home. Hayley did a great job managing the transaction, stuck to the timelines and helped us to overcome a few challenges with some of the new septic system related law changes.

Mike and his Team are amazing truly sales professionals. They took time to understand our needs and show us every property we were interested in, including some that were listed that day. He talked to me about one location that would make a great personal home where the zoning would not allow a Short Term Rental option. We were very happy with the tour of the area as Mike shared his knowledge of the City and County as we are buyers from out of State. He followed up regularly with us to make sure we understood the deadlines we had to meet and kept the sale moving forward. I would highly recommend The Best of Pagosa Team lead by Mike Knapp.

Kevin Blue was amazing and instrumental in allowing us to purchase the lot adjacent to our house. Kevin made many calls and contacts with the previous owner and worked to the satisfaction of both parties. He was there every step, took time to discuss each of the five houses we saw, and as first time homebuyers, he helped us see a home’s potential or a home’s potential pitfalls. We were very satisfied with the friendliness, knowledge, and diligence of Mike Knapp, who shepherded our home purchase through all the hoops necessary to close the deal on a home that is close to off-the-grid, making it a challenge! I can't say enough about Mike and the team of professionals at Best of Pagosa Springs. From helping us see when a place was not what we were looking for, to navigating difficult points in the negotiation, Mike excelled from day one. Not to mention, when you're in the truck for hours, it's nice to be with someone you enjoy talking to! We needed a place in a hurry and many of the things on our wish list were unique and hard to find, but I can honestly say our home is everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend these guys, they truly are the Best.

He sent us a listing and it was perfect for us. He and Hayley were so helpful all through the process. They answered our questions (& if they didn’t know, they went to work to find the answer), helped us get additional info we needed, provided referrals for other services we needed, and kept us informed and updated along the way. I called Mike a few months ago to talk about buying a second home I'm Pagosa. He's super knowledgeable and provided a ton of help on that call. We scheduled a trip out for a couple of weeks later and Mike set us up with Martha Murphy, an agent in his office. Martha was absolutely phenomenal. We looked at a number of properties in the area and Martha provided fantastic insight as to the locations and what specific concerns we should watch out for in any home. We ended up making an offer on and buying a great place in old downtown with amazing views to the east and south. Martha helped us negotiate a fair repairs request and is currently helping us through the seller lease back. The support has definitely continued past closing and we're very happy to know that Martha and Mike are there to help with anything we might need! Five stars all around for these awesome agents!

Mike is nothing short of amazing. He was on top of our listing quickly. He spent endless hours on getting it marketed and then taking care of all of the details so that when it hit the market it was an attractive listing with a ready to sell listing. His company is set up to keep you informed with each showing and his follow through with potential buyers is above all other realtors I've worked with. He sent me comps of homes above the million dollar range and they all took over 500 days to sell. Mike had a contract on our home in three weeks. He also came to our house and helped us load up a u-haul in a quick turn around move. If you as a potential seller or buyer, don't consider Mike Knapp, I think you'll be working with second best......don't do that !!! I'm a developer and have worked with realtors for 28 years, I know good ones. Mike is not a good one-------he is a great one.
