08/19/2013 - Fair Wind Inspections Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Oldsmar, FL. As a home inspector I have many agents who I personally know and deal with daily. I chose Michael because of his intimate knowledge of the local market and his ability to get a deal done. He is an expert in short sales and negotiations, he stayed on top of the entire process for 7 months. It didn't look very good at times because of a stubborn bank but he eventually persuaded them to be reasonable and got us an awesome house for a great deal. 10/10 Would use again!!
