Michael is an amazing realtor. First he helped my Mom and Sister buy a house that suited all of our needs and then when I went to buy one, he helped me find what was best suited for what we wanted!

Super positive, extremely thorough, tells you the pros and cons of each house, ubunbiased, knows a lot of knowledge and information. He makes it feel so less stressful than house buying really is. And he's just a really nice person. ^_^

I love working with him and I recommend him to everyone I know! <3

we were ready to sell this house and Michael worked miracles, he got it sold within 4 days! And we made 27k more than we were hoping for. Life savior!!!! Highly recommend.

Michael Levine is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an unmatched level of insight into the Baltimore - Washington housing market. He was always available (and happy) to guide us through the home buying and selling process and he went out of his way to make us comfortable during covid by meeting in outdoor locations and requested masking at closing. He provided advanced analytical reports to help us determine local comp’s, which we found to be very useful and much better than what you typically get from other realtors. Michael is a consummate real estate professional and is highly recommended.

Michael helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one. Process was seamless even though we were working on a really quick timeline. Michael was able to negotiate fair deals for us on both sides. He knows the city, understands the city, and really helped us in making sure we were making a sound purchase. He also practiced strict covid safety which was important to us.

Michael has seen me through two home purchases, one sale (+ a breakup), and one condo rental. He is caring, responsive, and all about ensuring his customers find the right thing for them. I first met him in 2013 when I was buying a home in Remington and have used him for every realty related need since that time, as I deeply trust his years of professional experience and I've seen through the years that he is invested in the wellbeing and happiness of his customers.

He is savvy, well-versed in the local markets, and has incredible connections! I cannot say enough about how great he is - as long as I am in the Baltimore area, he has a customer in me.

Michael was my third realtor. By the time I met Michael I was frustrated and ready for the process to be over. My mother and I met with him and she told me, he's the "one". Michael is calm, patient , flexible and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying process. We looked at over 30 homes (a conservative estimate). He makes sure that you go into the home-buying process fully aware. Michael pays attention to every detail; from the flooring, room location, imperfections in the title, washer and dryer location, cabinets have stoppers, and the list goes on.

He helped me find the home of my dreams. I would recommend Michael to anyone!
