Hi there! I’m here to serve you! I’m a retired United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and a native of the Black Hills. I became a real estate agent so I could continue to serve people. It’s my job to take the stress off of your shoulders and make the process as seamless as possible. I fully understand the seriousness of this industry. If you are a buyer, I know how hard you worked to be able to achieve the goal of home ownership. If you are a seller, I understand the need to maximize your equity that you have worked to build. My current experience my seem limited on paper, but I have an adult lifetime of experience buying, selling and investing in homes. I am a huge DIY guy and have an uncanny level of attention to detail. I know how to set up a home to sell or ensure a buyer or investor are getting what they desire.
