My fiancé and I were began looking for a home and reached out to Mike, he was super attentive and flexible to meet us at showing after showing until we found our dream home. He immediately found out what it would take to close the deal and made it happen. In this market having a realtor who knows what questions to ask to get your offer accepted is super important and I truly believe if it wasn’t for his knowledge we would not be in our home today.

Michael saves the day! We found Michael on accident during a house showing. What a dream come true! When we met Michael, we had already lost bid after bid with a different agent and were completely demoralized. This market is tough for buyers! I’ve been living in Boston for 7 years and have moved 4 times. Michael was far and away the best broker I’ve ever dealt with. Not only is he personable and friendly, he is lightning fast in responding to listing inquiries to dig into rentals for availability, gives important information on the market and even went on a showing on my behalf while I was away and sent pictures/videos for reference. Since things move so fast, he worked late into the night to help me with the application process while I was out of town, and answered all the questions I had and gave me vital advice along the way. The Boston rental market is ridiculous, stressful and frustrating, but Michael made it manageable and ultimately got me into the apartment I wanted. There are a lot of scumbag brokers out there but he is NOT one of them and earned his brokers fee. 1000% recommend.

I can't say enough about how helpful Michael was during the entire process of finding an apartment in Winthrop, despite the fact that I was 1000+ miles away. He was able to answer every question I had and I never had to wait for than a few minutes for his response, no matter the time of day (or night). While other brokers wouldn't even respond to our inquiries, he was able to find several options for us, and when it came down to deciding, he was able to negotiate a great lease. If you considering buying, selling, or leasing in the Boston area, you are making a big mistake contact anyone other than Mike!

If you are thinking of using a buyers agent, Mike is a great person to work with. Not only is he responsible and professional, but he has a jovial personality that is infectious.

When I chose to work with Mike, I didn't just get a single person I got a team. I happened to know quite little about real estate, so I had lots of questions. When I had a question, I would reach out to Mike, and he would reach back to me in a very timely fashion. If he thought someone else could better answer my question he would connect me to the person that could answer my question.

Another thing I valued when working with Mike is he tried to make the process as easy as possible. For things a simple as dropping off a check, he would go out and drive to pick it up to make sure that the check was delivered on time. He seems to value his work, and wants to be there every step of the way.

When it comes to real estate, he understands time of the essence and makes sure that you meet all your obligations that need to be meet before the closing.

Mike is literally heaven sent... My situation is very unique as is everyone else’s.. Just to elaborate running into mike while apartment searching made my life so much easier... Words can’t explain or show enough appreciation.. First of all he showed us a ton of apartments but we fell in love with a apartment in Stoneham, that had nothing to Do with mike but he extended his service to help us out trough the process and make sure we were treated fairly even if it meant he received WAY less money as a realtor...
