Michael Malkoff comes from a long line of real estate professionals and has been doing rentals and sales in the Cambridge area for the last 9 years. He worked as a rental agent in New York City in the turbulent early 80's. Michael is the author of The Every Day Gourmet Cookbook and has worked as a food sylist and cooking instructor as a sideline for the last 10 years.
