Michael Mandel

Michael Mandel is both a Real Estate Attorney and Broker of Realty100. He leads the team and oversees the daily business activities. Michael works closely with an experienced team of five real estate attorneys who collectively help provide clients with all the advantages of legal counsel from a team of real estate experts during the home buying process.

Michael has extensive experience working in real estate brokerages, law firms, and title insurance companies where he gained an in-depth background of the residential real estate transaction process from contract to closing. In addition, Michael gained valuable landlord-tenant litigation knowledge at the Legal Services of Greater Miami, representing indigent clients in court proceedings ranging from security deposit disputes to retaliatory evictions.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University, he then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors. Following his graduation, Michael became a licensed attorney in the State of Florida.

Michael’s diverse legal background and wide-ranging work experience in the South Florida real estate market make him uniquely qualified to assist agents in helping their clients make the home buying/selling process smooth and efficient.
