Michael Marchese joined Chilmark Commercial Real Estate's office in 2018 and is presently a Partner with the firm. Throughout his 17 year career Mr. Marchese specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation for global, regional and local clients. During his time as a commercial broker, Mr. Marchese has completed over 350 transactions and counting.
As a Tenant representative, Mr. Marchese has advised and completed transactions for Ascend Performance Materials, Cooper Industries, Memorial Sloan Kettering, ASM Research, Panasonic, Northwest Instruments, Century Consultants LTD, Wurth Electronics, Midcom Inc., Histopathology LLC, Advanced Care Oncology, The American Liver Foundation, URA RX Group, Revolution Digital, Kiddie Academy and KinderCare, among others.
Mr. Marchese also focuses on owner representation, having strategically developed and executed many successful marketing campaigns for several prominent owners, developers and landlords in New Jersey, such as Prologis, Onyx Equities, Piedmont Realty Trust, KBS Realty Advisors, CW Capital Group, Knightsbridge Properties.
