I had the pleasure of working with Michael for the sake of my house in Plainfield. He is a consummate professional who has a deep understanding of the housing market. He focused on my goal of selling the house quickly and he went above and beyond anything you could ask for from start to finish, especially with all of the obstacles that we had to face. It was first listed on the private market, so people could see it prior to it being publicly listed. This was extremely helpful in driving lots of people to come through the house within the first few days. We had an offer within the first few days, which was a VA loan, but unfortunately that did not work out. He did not let that deter him from selling the house to another buyer. It gave him more drive and dedication to get us another offer that was even better. His positive mindset helped me out. When we got another offer, he helped me with all of the negotiations every step of the way. He kept what I needed in mind, while also being mindful for what the buyers wanted.

He is extremely responsive, trustworthy, and made the process seamless. He answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. He is an invaluable resource and I would recommend him to anyone. He is extremely organized, and process driven with an innate ability to figure things out and get them done correctly in high pressure situations. He was an ally, friend, and advisor throughout the entire process, which was entirely due to ‘Michael’s thoroughness and dedication. His professionalism, expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make him a wonderful representative for anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Mike was a great realtor to work with and made the process of buying my first home easy. He was with me every step of the way and made sure to explain each step thoroughly as we moved through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Mike made sure to ask detailed questions so he knew what I was looking for in a home. He was always on top of the market and made sure I saw the houses that met my search criteria. He even set me up so I could do my own search and was always quick to respond when I sent him properties I wanted to see. I was able to find my dream home and Mike kept me informed daily throughout the negotiation process which helped ease my nerves!
