Michael has a lifetime of experience in the real estate industry. Upon graduation from college, Michael apprenticed in the Professional Golf Management Programs of some of the finest golf country clubs in the country including Sea Island Georgia, Dorado Beach Puerto Rico, Palm Beach Country Club and Salem Country Club.
His began his real estate career with 10 years as a Project Manager for one of New England’s largest real estate developers. This opportunity allowed him to hone skills in interpersonal communication, marketing, sales and public policy while developing knowledge in civic government, engineering, architectural design and the permitting process. Supervision of the planning and build out of golf course communities, multi-unit, urban condominiums and commercial centers enabled Michael to gain a wealth of experience in all forms of real estate development.
Since 1990, Michael has been the president of McNiff Builder’s in Beverly, Massachusetts. This company has constructed over 400 homes throughout the North Shore area and South Florida including single family homes, subdivisions, condominium projects, restaurants and commercial plazas. Construction experience, coalesced with a real estate brokerage affiliation with Coldwell Banker, has earned Michael numerous awards and recognition as one of the highest and most successful producers in the area. Michael and his wife are the proud parents of five children. Personal interests include golf, athletics, various outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
