My experience with Mike could not have been better. He assisted at every turn and was requisite in negotiations with the buyers. I would highly recommend using Mike as he truly went above and beyond my expectations throughout the whole transaction.

Michael came into our lives in response to an inquiry I submitted on Zillow. From the first moment we spoke, I understood he's just like me--absolutely straightforward and would work to no end to make sure we got what we wanted. He took the time out to talk with us about everything, and helped us to better understand the process of purchasing in New York (something we promised ourselves we would never do!). He maintained great communication throughout the entire process and I honestly do not know what we would have done without him. He helped us to understand what we really wanted versus what we needed, and went out of his way each and every time to make sure we understood the drawbacks to what we were looking at. Yes, his role is sales, but never did I feel like he was just working to make a sale. He was working to help us understand the best fit for us, as a family, and talk us through making the best decisions. He was always forthcoming about drawbacks, and never neglected to point out challenges. He was always on the ball, always prompt, and always, always, made sure we had all the information we needed. If you want to work with someone who is going to want you to be happy and not feel overlooked or pushed to consider something that is not right for you, he is definitely the person to work with.
