I am so glad I used Mike as my agent for finding my forever home. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate process and kept me focused and on track for each time sensitive component. Mike stressed the importance of a buyer doing their 'Due Diligence' and that was definitely a key aspect and a point of education on home buying for me. Buying a home can be a completely nerve wracking experience with all the many hoops to jump through, not to mention the anxiety of 'hurry up and wait' when making an offer or requesting changes to an offer. Mike was so patient with my anxiety and all of my needs and requests and was an excellent guide through the real estate maze. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend using Mike Murray for all real estate ventures.

Michael Murray sold our house while we were out of state for the above asking price. That by itself can certainly be a reason for any client to provide a five-star review. But, in reality, it goes deeper than that. There is much that happens during the home selling process. It quickly becomes overwhelming, especially if not familiar with the paperwork involved. It comes to a point where you genuinely need to trust the person you are working with because of all the moving parts between the buyer and seller and the emotions that ultimately come with it.

For us, selling requires much more than the typical marketing and selling. Since out of state, we needed someone to be our eyes and ears on the property. A family member was staying at the house with pets who needed assistance with moving. Michael was very patient with us while working with the delicate feelings of the family. He was consistently following up with all of us to keep things moving in the right direction. He provided a truck with some hands of help to facilitate the transfer to a nearby house.

After moving, we had pet damage that needed addressing before moving forward with properly marketing the property. Without hesitation, Michael got in touch with contractors. He met with each of them for estimates so that we were comfortable with the pricing/work. We settled for what we felt was a fair price for the work/materials. Michael set up the appointments and met up with workers to ensure good quality work. Taking this responsibility took a ton of stress off our shoulders.

Other responsibilities assumed were maintaining curb appeal by having the lawn cut and stopping by the property multiple times a week to make sure things were okay while the house was vacant. I want to mention something that adds to Michael's good character when my wife and I visited PA to handle some final affairs that were not real estate related. He volunteered his time to meet up with us to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible.

As a realtor, we believe Michael Murray indeed went above and beyond for us. He rose, took ownership of many challenges that we had. Not only informing us of what was needed. He and his team had solutions in place before anything ever became an issue. If he did not have the answer, he made a couple of calls and reached back out right away with the answer. I would recommend Michael Murray as your realtor. This man eats, breaths and lives real estate. He loves the business, working with people and is trustworthy. If you or you know someone looking to sell real estate, give Mike a call right away.
