The majority of my transactions have involved off-market (pocket listings) properties. I possess extensive experience in bringing together buyers and sellers who are well-suited to collaborate, resulting in the successful transformation of most of my real estate transactions into win-win situations.
I pioneered pyramiding properties—strategically acquiring and managing assets across Sacramento, San Diego, Las Vegas, Orange County, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Avondale, and Reno. At the core of my ventures was Investments Holding, an entity I founded, meticulously overseeing my extensive real estate portfolio in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
My role extended beyond mastering the art of negotiation and refining effective techniques to buy and sell commercial and residential properties. I was a hands-on property manager, involved in crafting compelling advertisements, conducting tenant interviews, performing background checks, and ensuring lease agreement compliance. Simultaneously, from 2015 to 2020, I expanded my expertise by collaborating with land developers in Southern California, gaining insights into the details of land development.
